Based in Nigeria, he has played a key role in developing supply chains for two of the region’s largest PET recycling operations, including Sonnex and Polytanks. His work spans sourcing, logistics, and processing, with a focus on solving the critical challenge of consistent, high-quality feedstock. Sameer collaborates with collectors, aggregators, and FMCG partners to strengthen recovery systems and enable circular packaging at scale, turning fragmented waste streams into reliable, commercially viable supply chains.
