I currently serve as the Acting Country Representative of the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC) in Nigeria and lead the implementation of the Dutch-funded HortiNigeria program. IFDC is a global, non-profit organization working across Africa and Asia to improve food security, nutrition, and livelihoods through sustainable agricultural systems, market development, and policy engagement. Through HortiNigeria, IFDC has supported the transformation of Nigeria’s horticulture sector by strengthening farmer–market linkages, improving input systems, promoting private-sector investment, and facilitating Dutch–Nigerian partnerships across key vegetable value chains. The program works closely with government, agribusinesses, knowledge institutions, and farmer organizations to drive inclusive, climate-smart growth.
