On our modern single-station laboratory blow moulding machine, we can flexibly adapt to your production requirements and carry out extensive tests, e.g. for new bottle designs: Installation of many mould types of various rotary and linear blowing machines, test of quick change or standard blow moulds, adaption to different thread types and preforms, rPET and PET, optimization of blowing pressure (low-pressure), test of different material distributions, stretch ratios, process parameters, etc., weight optimization (light weighting) and delivery of sample bottles (also in larger quantities).
Our experienced laboratory team also supports our customers with the adjustment and optimization of the blowing process on site.
State-of-the-art equipment, supplemented by devices developed in-house, allow a comprehensive qualification of new PET bottles in our certified and authorised bottle laboratory. We can carry out all necessary test for you, such as drop impact, thermal stability, stress crack test, burst resistance and more.
